While the staff service was outstanding, particularly at the front desk, the dining options did leave something to be desired in terms of quality and value for money. Our room, although cozy and beautifully decorated, lacked air conditioning which made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer months. Overall, the amenities and facilities were top-notch.
